PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT

Our business strategy is based on innovation and our main source of innovation is our employees.

Motivation, Development and Retention of our talented employees help them to perform at high levels to ensure continuous success and excellence.

Part of our responsibility as a pharmaceutical company is to ensure the safety of the patients who use our products. At MUP, we are committed to drug safety as long as the medicine is prescribed to patients.

Through our robust commitment to pharmacovigilance, we ensure focusing on patients’ safety. Our Medical Affairs department manages a pharmacovigilance system for the collection, and evaluation of adverse drug reactions and the implementation of effective, corrective and preventive actions.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

MUP is committed to CSR via managing the Social, Environmental and Economic effects. In addition to compliance with all applicable laws, in particular, those related to the Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, Ethical Business Practices, Labor and Employment Laws.

We take our obligations of compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations seriously and believe in fostering a culture of compliance and promoting uncompromising integrity.

Social Responsibility

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

Environmental responsibility is our moral duty. We guarantee using natural resources wisely and consider our overall impact on the environment.

Delivering these goals is not just important for planetary and human health, but also for our business. Regulatory approvals will increasingly require environmental impact assessments, we will improve our green credentials for tenders, make our supply chain more resilient, and we know that environmental sustainability is an issue that really matters to employees and external stakeholders.

Over the next decade, we will invest in measures to reduce our environmental impact and in restoration projects to balance the remaining impact that we cannot reduce and aim to put back into nature more than we take out.
