Nitrotard

Nitrotard belongs to a class of substances called nitrates. It is used to treat or prevent attacks of chest pain (angina). That’s because it helps dilate blood vessels and helps the blood pump effectively. That’s because It can activate a series of protein kinase-dependent phosphorylations in the smooth muscle cells and release calcium ions, which help to relax the smooth muscle cells and cause vasodilation.
