Simethicone

Simethicone is an antiflatulent substance consisting of a mixture of silica gel and activated dimethicone. It can relieve the painful pressure caused by excess gas in the stomach and intestines. You should follow all directions on the medicine’s label, or as prescribed by your doctor. And you should be careful if you observe any symptoms of an allergic reaction. • To eliminate gases from the GIT prior to abdominal
radiography, ultrasonography & upper GI endoscopy in pediatrics.
